forest.end Online is an online cooperative multiplayer game. You and other players are stuck inside a forest that never ends. The game is planned to introduce an open-world and wave-based gamemodes.

History

forest.end Online was going to be one of the major original games I worked on. There was ambitious plans from the start, before our priorities shifted to a different project. forest.end Online would be released with an open-world and wave-based survival gamemode.

The open-world gamemode would pit you and other players in a "match" that would never technically end. Your objective would be to explore and survive. I don't believe there was an endgoal.

The wave-based survival would be a recreation of the original forest.end game. You and other players would gather resources to help defend against an endless onslaught of enemies. The more waves your survive, the greater the difficulty.

The game is currently shelved. It may see the light of day, some day.
